  • ①Reinforcing layers (synthetic fibers)
    Because of the two-layer construction with bias in opposite directions, there are almost no changes in either the axial or radial directions
  • ②Filling material (embedded rubber)
    The use of special high polymer rubber creates an internal flat structure suited to fluids such as sewage and those including particulates which tend to carry deposit sediment.
  • ③Arch structure
    The external arch structure and damping effect distinctive to rubber maintain internal smoothness and can withstand repeated displacement, expansion, and contraction in any direction
  • ④Flange(JIS10K)
    Standard flange materials are SS400, and can be changed to SUS304, 316 etc.
  • ⑤External surface rubber
  • ⑥Internal surface rubber (internal flat structure)
    The special synthetic rubber (high-performance rubber) used has been confirmed through a range of testing such as of tensile strength, hardness, creeping degradation over time, and fatigue to have sufficient durability and dependability.
  • ⑦Reinforcing ring
    The use of flat reinforcing rings means there is no worry of breakage, detachment etc. of the flanges.
